Terms of Service
Effective date: 15 October 2026. These policies describe the current service and should be reviewed for the operator's actual business and applicable law.
1. Service
Digital Shop-in-a-Box provides software tools for independent sellers to create and manage online storefronts, products, inventory, orders and related business operations. Features may change as the service evolves.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and notify the operator if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.
3. Storefronts, products and customer orders
Each seller is responsible for the legality and accuracy of product listings, prices, inventory, taxes, customer communications, fulfilment, delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds for orders placed through their storefront. Seller-enabled payment methods may include cash on delivery or online payments processed by the seller's configured payment provider. Payment availability depends on the seller's configuration and provider approval.
4. Plans and subscription billing
Plan features, prices and usage limits are displayed in the billing interface. Paid plans provide 30 days of access from confirmed payment and do not automatically renew unless a separate renewal arrangement is explicitly offered. Coupons are subject to their stated validity, eligibility and usage limits. Access to paid features may revert to the Free plan when the subscription expires.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful goods, fraud, spam, infringement, malware, deceptive listings or activity that compromises service availability or other users. Access may be restricted for abuse, security, legal compliance or non-payment, subject to applicable law.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. No software service can guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free operation or a particular business result. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate service channels where required. You may stop using the service; account closure and data retention remain subject to legal, security and transaction-record requirements.
