How long does setup take?
About five minutes. Sign up, name your store, add a product and share the link. Payments can wait until later.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Everything is done from forms in your dashboard. If you do want full control over the look, you can upload a CSS theme.
Do I need a payment gateway to start?
No. Cash on delivery works from day one. When you're ready, connect your own Razorpay account and buyers can also pay online.
Where does the money from online orders go?
Straight into your Razorpay account. Shopbox never holds your sales money, and refunds are made from your own Razorpay dashboard.
Is there a commission on my sales?
No. You pay only the flat plan fee, or nothing at all on the free plan.
What happens if I reach my order limit?
New orders pause until next month or until you move to a bigger plan. Cancelled orders don't count towards the limit.
Can I change how my store looks?
Yes. Reorder sections, choose your colours, or upload a CSS theme if you want complete control.
How do plans renew?
Paid plans last 30 days and do not renew automatically. You choose when to pay again.
